Return and Refund Policy

At Lucky Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery you purchase meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.

  2. Condition of the Product:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • All original documents, certificates (e.g., hallmarking certificate), tags, and packaging must be intact.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made jewellery or items designed specifically on request.

    • Earrings or nose pins due to hygiene reasons.

    • Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or damaged post-delivery.

  4. Exceptions:

    • In case of manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered, returns will be accepted, and the shipping fees will be borne by us.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Options: Customers can choose between:

    • A full refund to the original payment method.

    • Exchange or store credit for future purchases.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

  3. Deductions:

    • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund processing fees may apply.

  4. How to Initiate a Return:

    • A pickup will be scheduled for eligible returns, or you may be guided to ship the product back to us.


Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Standard delivery across India takes 5-7 business days.

    • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take 15-20 business days.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

    • A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies for orders below ₹10,000.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

  5. Insurance: All shipments are fully insured until they are delivered.

International Shipping

  1. We currently do not ship outside India. For special requests, please contact our customer service 9426015416.

Delivery Policies

  1. Deliveries will only be made to the address provided at the time of purchase.

  2. For jewellery valued above ₹50,000, an ID proof may be required at the time of delivery.

  3. If the package is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
